Children's Choir

The Children’s Choir are young choristers, boys and girls aged 7+ who rehearse on Wednesdays 4.45pm-6.15pm at the church. Led by our Director of Music they have a fun time and get the opportunity to perform at concerts as well as contributing regularly to Sunday worship.

They sing a variety of mainly sacred music in unison or 2-part harmony. They join with the adult choir twice a month for Sunday services and perform as a separate group for other services and concerts. The choristers learn to read music and use their voices well to sing in tune and in harmony. They follow the RSCM ‘Voice for Life’ Medal Scheme. There is no audition and its free to join!
