Midweek Holy Communion
A service of Holy Communion taken from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer.
Using the traditional words of the prayer book this is a quiet service in the middle of the week led by one of the clergy. There is a usually a short homily given either by the priest presiding or by one of our Lay Readers.
The sacrament is reserved at this service to be taken to those in hospital or who are house bound. If you or someone you know wishes to receive communion this way please get in touch to request a visit.
