Palm Sunday Procession & Holy Communion

Palm Sunday, the first service of Holy Week begins outside on the Parish Green where Palm Crosses are blessed and the children lead us in telling the story of the triumphal entry in to Jerusalem.

We then process either in to the church building for the reading of the Passion of Christ, this year from the Gospel of Matthew, or young families may wish to head in to Fearon Hall for Children's Church where we shall be beginning the Holy Week journey by recalling Jesus washing his disciples feet.

Music will be led by both our choir and contemporary musicans. This powerful service leads us into the drama of Holy Week as we journey with Christ towards the empty tomb.
